Because of broad use of antibiotics, bacteria are turning into superbugs! These superbugs are especially prevalent in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Professor David Paterson of UQCCR is leading with his group the first Gulf Cooperation Council-wide network of collaborating hospitals and institutes to study superbugs in the region.
